Eva Rose Naturals is made in small batches. Unfortunately, Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.

Eva Rose Naturals does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case where your order has arrived damaged, please send a photo of your order in its original packaging within 24hrs upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item. Any shipping costs incurred from online returns (shipped products) are the sole responsibility of the customer initiating the return.
ORDER POLICY
Once pickup email is sent order must be picked up within 5 business days or orders will be restocked with NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
