Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Bry, the founder, formulator, and visionary behind Eva Rose Naturals. By trade, I’m a hairstylist, but my love for skincare has been with me since my teenage years. In 2020, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This diagnosis forced me to take a closer look at everything I was putting in and on my body. I quickly realized how many skincare products contained harsh, unnecessary ingredients that aggravated my sensitive skin. During the COVID-19 lockdowns, unable to work in the salon, I saw an opportunity to turn my passion into something greater. I immersed myself in cosmetic formulation courses, learning the science behind ingredient safety, formulation techniques, and stability testing. Today, I am proud to hold over 8 certifications in skincare formulation and cruelty-free practices.

The Meaning Behind Eva Rose Naturals

The name Eva Rose Naturals holds deep personal meaning:

• Eva – Named after my great-grandmother, Eva Marie. She was the only grandparent I ever met, but sadly, she passed away when I was very young. Despite this, I’ve always felt a strong connection to her. She was a hard worker, just like the generations of women on my mother’s side—I guess that’s where I get my passion from.

• Rose – A tribute to my grandmother, Eleanore Rose, and a family tradition spanning five generations (now including my daughter), where all the women in our family have “Rose” in their name—including myself.

• Naturals – This ties the name together while reflecting our commitment to clean, natural skincare.

The Birth of Eva Rose Naturals

Eva Rose Naturals was created from my personal struggle to find high-quality, effective skincare that worked for sensitive skin. I wanted to develop products that were not only gentle but also truly nourishing, pH-balanced, and eco-conscious—without the hidden toxins and misleading labels found in so many commercial brands. Our mission is simple: to create skincare that is clean, effective, and safe for all skin types—without compromising integrity, sustainability, or results.

What Sets Us Apart

In an industry full of hidden ingredients and misleading marketing, Eva Rose Naturals takes a different approach. Many brands outsource their formulations to mass producers, never questioning the ingredients they use. These companies often rely on vague terms like “fragrance” or “proprietary blend” to hide harsh chemicals, fillers, and irritants. But what you don’t know can impact your skin. Big corporations also overlook something crucial: pH balance. Many body washes, for example, have a high pH of 9, even though healthy skin thrives at 4.5–5.5. When your skin’s pH is thrown off, it can lead to dryness, irritation, and breakouts because your natural protective barrier (acid mantle) becomes compromised.

How We Do Things Differently

At Eva Rose Naturals, we believe in hands-on formulation, extensive testing, and full transparency. Every product we create goes through 4–6 rounds of testing and refining before it ever reaches you. We are also proudly Canadian-owned and committed to sourcing 100% of our ingredients from Canadian suppliers. This ensures the highest quality, ethical sourcing, and sustainability in everything we make.
